Here is a key chain George got during his travels in Egypt.  It is Sterling Silver and is ornately carved. Nephthys, in the form of a bird, protecting a pharoah. The pharoah is defeating his enemy. The two symbols in the upper right are his royal cartouches....showing his king names.
