A lot of the pages might appeared to be wrinkled, they are, and that would be from the constant going over them to memorize lines and action.

SYNOPSIS:

The aging Ahab, king of Israel, comes under the influence of a young and beautiful but scheming pagan woman named Jezebel and, against the advice of his advisers and the prophet Elijah, marries her. SYNOPSIS:

Andy assumes Ellie will be going to the social with him even though he hasn't asked her until Bee tells him girls do not like being taken for granted. He goes to the drugstore to ask her, but instead is introduced to Dr. Benson, who's new in town, and unmarried. As they are drinking sodas, Barney starts worrying Andy about Ellie and the doctor becoming attracted to one other. After Bee scolds him and Opie says he's scared, Andy finally calls on Ellie one evening and asks...well, orders her to the social with him. She agrees as Dr. Benson arrives and she invites him to go with them. The next day Andy sends Barney to the drugstore to spy on Bob and Ellie and he thinks they are planning their wedding. Andy rushes over to "fight for what's mine" and inadvertently proposes to Ellie. Bob says let's make it a double ceremony. It turns out that Dr. Benson's fiancée is arriving next week. Andy gets jealous when a handsome young doctor, Robert Benson, moves to Mayberry. Barney is quick to point out that the new man and Ellie have a lot in common and the more he talks about it, the more Andy begins to worry. Barney decides that Andy needs his help but as is so often the case, he manages to make things worse. When he spies on Ellie and the doctor at the drug store, he comes to the erroneous conclusion that they are going to get married. A woman has recently been murdered. A teacher at the nearby high school receives threatening notes from a student. Detective Graham is the only one who believes that she is in danger. She fingers the boy, a popular student. Her teaching career is threatened, as is her life. The detective looks for evidence, and brings him in on burglary and murder charges. Both crimes are solved. Contemporary bachelorette Lois Conway is the music teacher and cheerleading director at Ogden Central High. She receives some lurid notes addressed in crayon to 'TEACHER DEAR' and is subsequently assaulted and harassed by a troubled teen, the son of a stern and overly-protective businessman. Lois finds herself at the center of unfavorable high school politics and the victim of a bit of sexism. There's also been a rash of assaults on women, one ending in murder, and Lieutenant Graham searches for a connection while wooing Miss Conway. Written by Jeff Hole {jeffhole@aol.com}
