Packing List - Wow check this out!

This is fun......

It is a packing list attached to a piece of cardboard box, UNOPENED.    I don't know what it was for but I have not opened it.  Now what is neat is that it is order dated September 19, 1985.  Only 2 weeks before Rock passed away.  What is in it?  I really don't know.  Just a packing list of what Rock bought or was delivered but I don't know. It is addressed to Rock.

This is a seven piece set from Peter Shore, Rock's interior designer for years and many homes.  These are from 1970 and are for things such as Zebra pillows, wall sconces, pictures, breadrack, repair work on furniture,drapes, wall paper, wood, Etc.

This is a post card that Rock (in his writing) and Tom sent to Rock's home to George Nader & Mark Miller who stayed there while they were on vacation, Joy the live-in house keeper, Clarence the gardner, and the house men.

They are in Buenos Aires and having a wonderful time.  He states in the Card that "I can't write worth shit". He is traveling with Tom Clark, his life partner.  He goes on to say that they are going to Rio De Janero and Acapulco to work on their tans.  He says "eat your heart out Joy".   She was the Afro-American Live-in houskeeper that he had a wonderful relationship with.  He ends the card with "oh it's hell with all this".

Rock and Tom both sign it.
