It is a present from Rock Hudson to his mother in 1969.  He writes on one of the receipts that it is a Christmas gift. 

What a son!!!!

He gave his mother a full expense paid trip around the world on the SS Rotterdam, a luxury Cruise Ship. 

He also sends a bunch of Flowers to her room. 

She enjoyed herself immensely.

Rock married Phyllis Gates, Henry's secretary in 1955 and divorced in 1958.   This was a present to the new secretary. Another example of Rock's generosity.
