World War III television miniseries starring Rock Hudson

A bit of trivia: David Soul of Starsky & Hutch fame also appeared in this "futuristic" television event...set in 1987!!! According to Rock, the ending was kept open so if the show was successful they could expand to a possible T.V. series. How sad to realize that when 1987 rolled around, our Rock was no longer of this earth.
(Another interesting fact: David Soul also appeared with Rock, as a juror security guard in McMillan & Wife) Interesting!
