This is a nice set of receipts addressed to Rock Hudson.  There are seven peices total.  It is a little piece of his life.  He handled these receipts, read them and then put them into his personal files.

Here is a wonderful piece!!!!

It is an invoice, SIGNED BY ROCK HUDSON, from the Economy Filmm Library for the rental of six films that include: "THIEF OF BAGDAD", "FLYING DEUCES", "MARCH OF WOODEN SOLDIERS", "PRINCE AND THE PAUPER", "SILENT WORLD", and "THE ADVENTURES OF TOM SAWYER". 

WHAT A WONDERFUL FIND!!!!

It is dated with all sorts of dates that could match some important date in your life.  Framing this along with the c.o.a. makes it easy to remember those dates and looks very rich.

His signature, signed in red, stands out with stark contrast to the white and black invoice.

This is the shipping bill of lading and insurance certificate for shipping a bath tub and fittings to Rock Hudson's home in Beverly Hills, Ca.

Here is the story....

Rock loved England and his favorite place to stay was the Savoy Hotel there.  He was 6'5"(contrary to what you have read) and his big frame did not fit into many bath tubs.  It did however, fit into the large four legged old fashioned style at the hotel.  He told the concierge how much he loved their baths and asked if he could get ahold of one.  

They said yes that they would GIVE him one of theirs.   So they crated it up and shipped it off.   He had it installed into his home ASAP.
