This set of Magazines & Newspaper articles is a treasure!!!!

Most have articles on Rock Hudson in them with black and white and color photographs.

I did not scan all of it as that would be soooooo much.

Here is how it went.....

Rock had many subscriptions to magazines and newspapers from all over the world.  Up till the end and then on to the settling of the estate.   These publications were delivered to his home In Beverly Hills, Ca.  After his passing it was decided to just let the subscriptions run their course.  I was in charge of packing Rock's home up after it sold and when I went around the house and collected all the magazines & newspapers in there holders, laid out on tables or where ever they were, for anyone to read, I put them into boxes.

Well now it is 20 something years later and I just unpacked the boxes and found them and I am now logging them onto my site.

MANY HAVE ROCK'S ADDRESS LABEL ON THEM.

These publications are from the 1950's up till the closing of his Estate.

Many are from abroad, many are from gay publications and many are from recognizable publications and are in remarkably great condition.

AND NO, YOU ARE NOT SEEING DOOUUBBLLEE, I DO HAVE DOUBLE COPIES OF MANY OF THE PUBLICATIONS.

Here is a file that has articles and write ups on Rock Hudson at the Carnivalle in Rio De Janerio.  He was a guest and was on the cover of their local publications.

This is a fun find.  Because of it's age, and the paper used, it is very delicate.  You can see the browning.  It is a publication from a High School Newspaper where they interviewed Rock Hudson and printed the Interview.

Here is a set of Scrap Books from Rock Hudson's personal collection.  They each are from specific time lines.   In each book there is every article from  magazines, newspapers, other publications, etc,  from around the world during those time lines.

They are neatly arranged inBlack note books inside sheet protectors with labels telling where they are from.
