GEORGE NADER - FIVE BRIDGES TO CROSS - 1954 - FINAL SCREENPLAYPrice: $ 750.00 (Scripts » George Nader) | ||||
"SIX BRIDGES TO CROSS" was originally "FIVE BRIDGES TO CROSS". Here is another of George Nader's Scripts. It is full of his notes to himself and for the Charactor he portrays. There are many of them. A wonderful piece to any collection! One of George Nader's trademarks was when he finished filming a page of the script, he would fold it in half. I left them that way rather than unfold them. SYNOPSIS: Youth gang leader Jerry Florea is shot fleeing from a crime scene by rookie cop Ed Gallagher. Result: "he'll never have children of his own." Ed and Jerry develop a mutually beneficial friendship: Jerry gets the benefit of the doubt, Ed gets information that brings him rapid promotion. As years and jail terms go by, Ed's friendship with this likable rogue becomes strained, as hope for his reform dwindles. Can Jerry redeem himself in the end?
