SOLD This is great!!! In the latest box I have been unpacking, I found a small stack of Rock Hudson's checks. THIS SET.....These are rare for sure!!! People usually don't get checks back any longer, at the most you just get a small check image. It is a thing of the past. These are hand written and signed by Rock himself!!! Only ones I have found so far!!! ROCK HUDSON'S single signature value in the Sanders Autograph guide-2009 7th edition, is $259.00 on a letter/document signed. I am selling these for a lot less to make Rock's die-hard fans happy. So if you are a die-hard fan this is for you!! SOLD THIS CHECK IS SPECIAL! Remember before ATM'S..., if you needed cash, you would find a business open that had cash on hand, knew and honored you. You would then issue your check to yourself, then endorse it on the back. This check was premade or typed up by Rock's secretary's ahead of time. He would carry a number of these with him at all times and if he needed to get quick cash he would pull one out, sign it in front of the proprietor, then endorse it on the back. REMEMBER THIS??? So if you are a die-hard fan this is for you!! They are already packaged with their Certificate of Authenticity and ready to go! If you would like to see a scan of the other side of the check you are interested, just ask as it is no problem! This check was written to Rock Hudson by Rock Hudson and is signed twice. Once on the front and then on the reverse he endorses it. This check was written before ATM'S. If you needed some cash back then, you wrote a check to yourself and cashed it at a local business that knew you and would honor it. Hence, the two signatures.
