What ever it is....it sure is nice!

I think that this is some sort of hange.r What it's use was, I am not sure.  But.....Rock used it as a plant hanger.  It is adjustable and goes from about 20" to about 30".  It is approx. 6.5" in dia. and is very heavy.   Looks to be very old as well. The adjustment works perfectly, the Patina is wonderful and this piece adds class to anyone's home.
