Property Real-File ~ 1967-1968

Here is a 104 page file that  has over 5 signatures by Rock Hudson.  It is from his personal file cabinet and is just the way I found it. 

There is so much History in these files.

There is so much Blood, Sweat & Tears in these files.

Full of Signatures of all involved.

These files are what Rock Hudson lived, Loved and Did while he was in Life.

VERY PERSONAL, HISTORICAL, COLLECTABLE AND ARE THE ONLY IN THE WORLD. 

They are like a book each and every one of them. 

A chapter out of a person's life, this one being Rock Hudson.

I just randomly choose pages throughout the files to photograph.  My photos are not necessarily the key or important ones.  These files have so much from photos to maps to titles to contracts to booklets to more and more.

In this 1.5" thick, over 275 page file from Rock Hudson's file cabinet is all the information from properties and business Rock owned in Glendale, Ca.

It has over 29, (Twenty-Nine!), of Rock Hudson's signatures.   It has many other signatures as well.  Blue prints, maps, photos you name it.  It is from 1963-1964.

In this file are the documents of Rock's Glendale property from 1965-1966.  It again has at least 5 of Rock's signatures as well as many others.  It is at least 115 pages and is full of history.

I am using this file as my "Lost Leader".  I am selling it for a great deal.   

This is the bargain of the century!!!

Here is a five piece set of check requests from Tax collectors in various locations.  Rock owned property all over this country at different points.  These were all in the same file.

THIS IS A RECEIPT FOR A PURCHASE OF A PROJECTOR AND SCREEN FOR ROCK'S THEATRE.  IT IS ON DISNEY STATIONARY AND FROM THE DESK OF TOM JONES.  BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AND FRIEND OF TOM CLARKS, ROCK'S LIFE PARTNER.  TOM WORKED FOR DISNEY FOR YEARS.  

VERY COLLECTABLE AND HANDSOME.

It is interesting that Rock held on to these bills for so many years.  Why??  I can't answer that.  Personally I don't have the room to hang on to so much paperwork.  I through mine out after ten years.  Rock had a mansion though.  Maybe if we all had mansions we would hang on to things like this as well.   Here is another fun find.
