Here is a request for Rock to sign a form in relation to the estate of Marilyn Maxwell.  On the other form letter it tells that Rock will forgive the majority of the loan.

Here is a wonderful find!!!

Back in the 1960's Rock bought a building, a very large building.  It was the Masonic Hall in Glendale, Ca.  This is the complete file from that part of Rock Hudson's life. 

It is 282 Pages and has 19 of Rock Hudson's signatures as well as all the others involved. 

It is just the way I found it. It is full of historical documents like deeds, maps, title searches, inventory's, etc.

See who became some of his tennants like Coca Cola, The Masons, and many other big names. 

A very historical piece and very collectible.

MAXIE "SLAPSIE" ROSENBLOOM WROTE THIS LETTER TO ROCK

This is a wonderful find!!!!!

Here is a letter from Maxie Rosenbloom to Rock asking him to do a cameo appearence in a film to be made about him.

It is a handwritten letter  from Maxie who is not well known for writing any letters at all.  Maxie was A Champion Heavwieght Boxer turned Actor.

This also comes with the RSVP letter from Rock.

Mountain States Telephone

Here is another telephone companies bills.  It is from Mountain States Telephone for Gibraltar Productions.  This was one of Rock Hudson's Corp's.  These bills are from one of Rock's business telephones.

ROCK, WRITING IS VERY RARE!!!! GOING THROUGH HIS FILES, SO FAR, HE DID NOT WRITE TO MANY NOTES OR LETTERS OR MUCH OF ANYTHING!!!!!! VERY RARE!!!

This is a letter from Rock to his business manager on his own stationary making sure that he paid his Diners Club Card.  This was early in his career and he is asking if it is impressive that he had his own Rock Hudson stationary.  This was his sense of humor and it was fun having his new name on paper.

This is a letter from Paul Newman's secretary asking for employment from Rock.  She wanted a part time job.

It is dated February 08, 1967 and is on Paul Newman's stationary.

This is great!!!

It is a lease agreement and lease cancellation for a penthouse that Rock rented on Crescent Heights in Los Angeles, Ca.   It is signed by the leesor and the leesee, Rock Hudson.  It is 8 pages and very informative.  It is also signed by Walter B. Zoss for Nina Bogue.

This is a post card that Rock (in his writing) and Tom sent to Rock's home to George Nader & Mark Miller who stayed there while they were on vacation, Joy the live-in house keeper, Clarence the gardner, and the house men.

They are in Buenos Aires and having a wonderful time.  He states in the Card that "I can't write worth shit". He is traveling with Tom Clark, his life partner.  He goes on to say that they are going to Rio De Janero and Acapulco to work on their tans.  He says "eat your heart out Joy".   She was the Afro-American Live-in houskeeper that he had a wonderful relationship with.  He ends the card with "oh it's hell with all this".

Rock and Tom both sign it.
